Drawing on then-preliminary findings by Dr. Nils Diaz,  Taurik  ran plasma flow to nacelles out of synchronization, increasing overall warp field integrity by 7%.  Received promotion to lieutenant, junior grade in late 2370. In 2373,  promoted to lieutenant, assigned as duty engineer on U.S.S. Enterprise NCC-1701-E under Chief Engineer Geordi LaForge.
